Andy, you my friend are hands down my favorite roofing channel to watch since finding you! I have devoured pretty much every video you’ve made man. Taking the reins of my families 20 year old roofing company that’s lacking a lot of systems and have been able to streamline a lot using your tips. I know you sometimes seem to feel like the super deep dives are something people may not want to hear but those are the parts I rewind over and over. I love learning the nitty gritty of how your business operates so I can apply some of those things to mine. Appreciate you brother! Keep rolling man!

Appreciate the valuable knowledge and advice as usual. Can't seem to reach you on FB so I'll just explain and ask here. I have a lead problem, I officially started in April and it was a slow start with only google guaranteed. Hit a nice little pump in early July which filled the schedule untill around Aug 14. I still on-site manage all reroofs and do all repairs myself. Issue I am having at the moment is that incoming leads kinda fell off a cliff the past 2 weeks. Also can't help but notice some reviews showing for only a day or two then disappering and our usual rankinghas dropped quite a bit as well. Have a fat google guaranteed budget set, answering every single call within 30 seconds, under 15 minute average response time and getting some good reviews. I can sell and have a fairly high closing ratio to back that up. I am also quite over worked and tired though and know I need to get of the roof. In order to do that though I will need to be able to produce more work. Wide open to any advice you may have, thanks man..

Just this Sunday 7/28 I had a 3.5 hour long conversation with a buddy of mine, where I expressed how I want to create an employee environment for Flooring Installers. I am determined to bring this opportunity to my industry, all because I know what it took for me to get my foot in an industry I had nothing to do and knew nothing about. People are getting taken advantage of and all subcontractor are getting away with it while taking work from another company they do not care about. This structure is limited and can only grow so much before you stretch yourself out thin and loose grip of the quality, for both the customer and the laborer’s. Yesterday he sent me this video, and you concreted our conversation word for word. The universe is aligned and I know we are on the right path. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Damn man! This was great stuff. My challenge that I have to figure out is the winter months of Jan-March. Planning to scale the repair division to keep them busy. My main crew is 1099 but I hate it, I want the W-2 but I still feel the stress of keeping them busy. If I only give them 3-4 roofs per week I feel terrible.

@@theandykeys Thanks man I appreciate the input, helps to at least know my mindset is in the right place. I drive a lot, 5-6 hours some days so the wrap just makes more sense given the average miles per impression compared to an office that no one has yet to want to visit. Thanks for shedding light on these “commonly” neglected issues. I’ve been researching this type of testosterone replacement therapy for the past several months now. And, of course! I reached out to my primary, my blood was drawn but not to the extent that Vera requires. What I’ve come to realize is that, the people have absolutely no education as it relates to the benefits of Vera’s field of treatments. Such a great idea for your spokes panel.
