Very lucky people to see Scott at such an intimate gig

Glad I saw him live with Velvet Revolver in 2005, was a great performance, he had a real stage presence and charisma

Vaseline was Scott Weyand’s last performance? How ironic.

Performance from earlier in the year look like opiate use. This video I can def see signs of an upper like cocaine or MDA - he's more on point...which is sad for his untimely demise.

Sounds sober here, singing pretty well. It's obvious his body was still able to bounce back from the abuse, if he only kept clean. R.I.P Scott, one of the best ever.

There is a crazy business aspect to this. Stp wanted to your. Weiland said no, that will water down the brand. We have to make them wait. Having turned down the stp tour, he promptly did this tour doing stp songs. Super watering down the brand with a half ass version of stp. Funny other business part of this... I guessing he was thinking with his own band, he could keep 90% of the money. And prolly did. But the money was likely nothing compared to the 25% he would have got with stp. Guess that is junkie math. Also likely if he toured with stp, he would have had minders and trainers and bodyguards watching him always. Feel like this tour was him sneaking out of his parents basement to not be bothered.

Spot on performing is right! Just shows you he was trying to stay sober, before that relapse night that took his life... in his tour coach bus. Huge waste of his talent gone. RIP buddy

I remember their gig in Minneapolis only had 150 pre sale tix..then Weiland overdoses on his bus in a parking lot. This band reminds me of Johnny Thunders and The Heartbreakers....just sadness and addiction.

Thanks for uploading. Always thought it was cool how Joey Castillo was on drums. Fun fact for you is Nick Oliveri got an offer to play bass but turned it down because he "didn't like the music." Neat little QotSA/Scott Weiland connection there.

After 20+ years of following STP, Talk Show, Army of Anyone, etc.....I came to my (however unpopular) own opinion that Scott held back the other members of his bands as much as he promoted them. A+ frontman (when sober) D- human being.

Scott was a genius with those lyrics though. So good. I saw them live once and it was easily the best concert I’ve ever been to.

he don't look to bad, i think he was going with the style of the crowd. you know some think or say things would be so much better if he had changed his life and lived it out how you would have. and instead scott ran out his life how he wanted to. not to mention nearly, or possibly completely all of his entertainment days on earth were directly the results of the very thing some claim that was the reason that took his life. it's difficult to peer into the mechanism that makes everyone of us on earth different than each other. i doubt there would have been any scott weiland without his substance use. he might of known from the start what direction he was heading, and needed some shelter or barrier to shield himself away from others, it's easy to being a rock star. gotta love him for all that he was, he shared that much, he knew long before how he was gonna go, and he wouldn't want anyone to feel bad for him, nor blame something he liked as his only downfall.
