You are great, but will you update your courses with new iphone 14 or 15?

Raw original looked better than edited. So what is difference between the 1st shots of bathroom (not good) and Raw Original (best of the 3) Also, When fast forward you cleaning up bathroom was a while , but then when came to part we wanted to see (1st iphone 12 pic) you flashed it so fast I had to rewind and try stop on it 3X. So I got to see a lot of footage of you speed cleaning bathroom. Not my main interest.

Good stuff. I just got the iPhone 13 Pro Max yesterday (part of a nice package deal with the fiber Interned installation with AT&T). So, your video is good to see. I want to really get ramped up for virtual tours (to complement, augment) my drone pix and vid for real estate. I have a Sony mirrorless camera ... but I want to be able to "git 'n go" for the lower priced homes vs. taking all of the extra time to do these with my Sony camera. Do you shoot/do many virtual tours ... and any with the iPhones? If so, do you have some examples to share ? Also, have you shot any videos in Pro Res on the iPhone 13 Pro Max? If so, I'd love to see the results. Thanks, Chuck (North East Florida) : +)

I’m thinking about buying your course for the $99; will this show me how you present your listing videos on your channel? I like your videos, they’re simple, I like the regular speed with the fast forward edits. I have everything you have; even the DJI air mini 3; om4 gimble; iPhone 13 Pro; I need ton know how to do this soon brother

Cool! The course is specifically for photography but I am thinking about doing one for video if there's enough demand. Meanwhile, if you have any specific questions about video feel free to DM me on IG @iphonerealestate . Also, if you are still thinking about the course, the link I have in the comments will give you 70% off the $99. Cheers!

Do you also recommend iPhone 13 Pro Max for indoor real estate videography because in a low light condition I think it doesn't work like Mirrorless Camera ?

Thanks! I use a microphone stand with an adapter to 1/4 inch, a ball head, and a generic iPhone holder clamp. My day job is Real Estate Photography, and I am at the point where I shoot 99% of Bathrooms with my iPhone 13 as I can maneuver it into bathrooms Much easier than my R5. I have also used it more recently for outside shots when the sun is not optimal or if its raining.

do you have to use wide angle len for the video shoting?
@newrootsrealestatemedia48033 жыл бұрын
For real estate shooting, I think anything in the 14mm to 20mm range is generally best :). I like to shoot as wide as 13mm - 16mm typically

Thank you for putting this comparison together. I have the iPhone 13 promax and I’ve been trying to shoot photos with this because I intended on using it for real estate but I’m not certain if it’s good enough because I feel like I’m getting a graininess to the photos. Are you using the super wide or the wide lens?
@newrootsrealestatemedia48033 жыл бұрын
Hi Scott. Here's the best way I've found to reduce grain in the super wide lens: 1) Add light in the room if possible 2) Use a tripod and make sure the "Night Mode" is on and set to "Max" (like in the video) 3) Shoot in Apple ProRaw (like in the video). Using the combination of #2 and #3 I have found a drastic reduction in grain, even in low light conditions. Another thing you can do is apply some Noise Reduction in the editor. Apple's editor works ok for this, but I've noticed the Lightroom app gives better Noise Reduction results overall. Hope this helps! I'd be happy to clarify further and I'd love to hear how it goes!
@scottkint3 жыл бұрын
@@newrootsrealestatemedia4803 thank you very much for the tips! These are great! Is there a way to engage the night mode if it doesn’t automatically turn on?
@newrootsrealestatemedia48033 жыл бұрын
@@scottkint Unfortunately, Night Mode can't be manually activated. It will appear in lower light situations and/or if you are using a tripod (or holding the phone VERY steady). If the phone is stationary and you still aren't getting Night Mode, you can try taking a picture in RAW and make a small edit to the photo (like raise the exposure +1). If you don't make any edits to the RAW image, it will look exactly like the normal, over-sharpened, grainy processing that Apple does. It's a weird work-around, and I hope Apple gives us better control of Night Mode and RAW in the future! Let me know if that helps at all. I may do a video to demonstrate this as well.
