making a return to gaming after a couple years. started with a hien, then a hayate otsu, and currently on a venus pro. coming back im now realizing i want something with a little more control and stopping power, my only concern is the initial friction, because it sounds like theres a different between that and dynamic. any insight?

Got it for $15 on an xraypad sale. I'd call that great for a 500x500 pad with no serious downsides. I do mostly play speedy pads I think? Like the hien and energon are my favorites right now in their biggest sizes. But I do play super slow senses so maybe all I wanted was a control pad and I didn't know it yet. This'll be a good discovery for $15. Think the slowest I've played on outside of this was the artisan zero.

Very good video! Ihave a question. Right now i have a more than 2 year old gp4 black and looking to upgrade. I feel like the mat is stopping my mouse a bit too much when i try to move the mouse and change direction when aimng so it feels a bit stuttery. Ofc the pad is old and ive never cleaned it so i understand thats a big factor. Never changed skates on my 3 year old Hati s either. Ive looked at the memoria pro, lånespelare, saturn regular, gp4 colored and to maybe just buy a new gp4 black. I mainly play deceive inc if you know what it is? Theres both tracking and flicking so i want the best of both worlds. I dont really use the ”press the mouse down” when stopping a swipe. I use what i think is a lower sens but i dont really remember my cm per 360. Think around 38cm no ads and and around 66 ads. Actually think its a bit too slow when im not aiming but cant go higher because then i cant aim lol. ( dont really ads in deceive inc) Would you reccomend any of these pads or another?

This sonar glass pad has no surface coating at all, just a processed surface like the skypad and superglide pad… unlike the razer atlas and the cera kin

nice review! Can you compare it to superglide somehow? I never had an glass pad and wanna buy one. But still cant decide if empress or superglide will be better. If superglide is much faster or too much harder to control than Empress.

I've never understood the extreme narrative that the hien's texture is so unbearably rough. Literally every single review acts like it's sandpaper. After like my first day I got used to it and actually enjoy it. After 2 years I never once was like MAN THAT MOUSEPAD SURE MESSED ME UP.

I love my HSK Pro. I assumed it'd transition my claw/fingertip hybrid (with razer viper 8k wired) to just fingertip but I was wrong. Really my hand transitions from fingertip to claw when vertical aim comes in. Was voltaic plat b4 this mouse and voltaic jade now, maybe 3 months of usage
