Very clear and simple instructions. Thank you. I will be using the t-shirt gift I was just given that has a lovely print but horrible cut for wear. This will be a perfect repurpose project.

Thanks so much for the clear and easy tutorial! The unisex shirts for school events are always way too big and boxy for my daughter. I knew how to crop the bottom but this time the shoulders and sleeves needed a lot of help as well and I found your video. The end result looks great!

You should stitch around those buttons hole or else the jumper will fraye!

I love this!! This way I can use materials I already have and if I love the fit and different styles, I can always go out and purchase a different fabric to make this dress with too. Thank you for the clear instructions!! Also, the dress and color look great on you!

Do you ever have to sew the neckline smaller? I have a bunch of T-shirt’s I want to alter to smaller but I’m wondering if I need to alter the neck since I’m going from a 3x or 2x down to a large.

these are OK but as there is no pouch (there is in the original pair used for a pattern) they won't be really comfortable.

So helpful. I love pockets and am frustrated by the lack of them in so many women’s clothing. Or the pockets at dinky. I’m going to give this a try.

I love this! It seems that I have developed an allergy to synthetic materials but cannot find 100% cotton socks. With this easy tutorial, I can make some out of 100% cotton t shirts!

How do you lineup the tank top to the T-shirt? You didn’t show that part that’s like the most important part.

I thought you were actually styling it layered over the green shirt-and it looked fabulous like that! Very helpful video. I may try this with a couple of too-large black merino tees that I inherited. By using two I can probably make it hip length and with wide ties to wrap around my natural waist. If any additional tips, please share your thoughts!
