It's scary where art has come over time. From true excellence and years of built up ability to true ineptitude, which yet many admire for some reason. Did Picasso start it? But at least it had an idea. It had a story. Today it has absolutely nothing. Just an effort to sell a painting that took the artist an hour to make for thousands and thousands of dollars. The art of painting has become the art of selling.

Notable how almost - 95% - of the painting are very big. I imagine there are commercial reasons for this? The galleries are like warehouses, and I guess the buyers have massive homes. Thanks for sharing.

Great point! Larger works make a strong visual impact and can have commercial appeal. Sometimes it’s the artist’s first time working big, and it allows them to explore new possibilities. Many galleries in LA were once industrial warehouses-now perfect for creative spaces. Thank you for your insight ✨

Explain kindly to listen and understand withgood looking outfit from back. I listen to channel everyday , lol, and try to memorize all good point she described about the painting I tried to write down the important phrase to keep in my mind to understand the painting she shows us Actually, I study a lot these days with the statement which she mentioned Thank you From Korea

Ancient Rock Ice Age Art is so important today as a serious part of Art History!! Colombia in South America has some absolutely profound rock art in the Amazon region , worth investigating .
