Yeah it building be ready to face disappointment with fundis but also if buying be ready to buy something u cannt customize or some shody work done. Quite difficult decision here. Its a dilemma. 15M is really a good budget! How many rooms? What are ur other specification?

Imagine, someone bought the land in 2015 from a conman who gave him fake documents. He builds, lets say, houses and in some places several single or double rooms. He has been collecting Sh8,000 from a bedsitter and 12k from the two rooms per month for eight years. Already, he has taken about Sh6 million shillings illegally from your property. Then, he goes to a valuer who puts the land at Sh500,000. Now, he wants you to sell at Sh500,000 and he has made millions of shillings from your property unfairly, using the court system. Let us be fair to our fellow human beings

These people are digging the same holes they found themselves after buying the land from conmen in the first place. They bought a plot for 200k after Ochok and group promised them the land was theirs. Now, they have gone to fake valuers to tell them the land goes for 500k- Sad!!!

Clay city was supposed to be a mixed used development. So in 15-20 yrs those who have constructed residential homes will have to moved because the whole area will be high rise buildings. Thanks for the video. You could have finished showing that entire road from that collapsing building, Zion church, Westview building all the way to seasons road. I love your videos. You doing such an amazing job.
