The waist band is not included in the PDF download. Do you have the measurements to the band?

Wanted to print this pattern but printing at 100% like you suggested takes some of the pattern away. Scaling the image to 92% in order to get it all to fit makes the test square too small. Help! :)

I printed out the pattern but I am really confused because it is just four by two. The colors are on one side so I am assuming that is for the size like blue = large but I thought each tier was supposed to be the same height just different lengths but the pattern looks like the same length but different heights? I have never used a pattern before so I am just really confused, please help
