This korean team isn't that strong tbh Japan would wreck this team easily

This is only my opinion, even kai sotto improve much because of playing in japan, l will still play in japan bleague why ? Its good to play in japan because he is a star player there and he will also earn much money on japan, in nba there are so many good and star player there, kai must continue playing in japan and he will have a good future there, and he can also play to our national team gilas, in nba its very hard, look at clarkson he cannot decide because of the contract, thats the disadvantage of playing in the nba, he will be limited of playing on your national team, in bleague he will also earn good salary cap when times come that nba teams want and sotto needed badly for there team, they will offer kai sotto a high salary cap thats for sure but now kai sotto's ambition to play in nba is still hanging, so continue play at japan bleague, Thats better

They merged the Adult Oceania and Asian territories together a few years ago. The U18, U16, and U15 territories are still separate though.

Let's be real: this was not a serious matchup. These Thai players aren't competing against anywhere near the level of these Australian players year round and it shows. At most, they're playing in Thailand's pro league which if we're being honest, isn't remotely the same level of competition that these Australian players are used to. The Thai pro league (and this is coming from a Thai person) is basically a glorified, better than your average men's rec league. That's not to say these players have no heart or aren't passionate about the game, it's just the current state of the game in Thailand. Thailand's best players would have a hard time competing for a roster spot in the premier Asian leagues such as the CBL (China) or B League (Japan). On the other hand, the best Australian players are going to the NBA, NCAA, Euroleague or their own backyard ABL which is also an elite league worth watching. For the Thai players, this is their once or twice a year thing where they actually get to see where they stack up against world class basketball talent. For the Australians... this is a Tuesday evening scrimmage, and this clearly wasn't even the best team they could have sent.
