You think this is russian accent? This is rather arabic or something from there. I'm Russian. Yes we tend to mix up V and W, TH and S/Z/F/V/T/D (think and sink, pass and path), pan and pen, lone ang long, live and leave, marry merry Mary, use hard H and hard R. But our accents rather reminds german (and we think germans speak the most understandable in English, pronouncing everything clear and having the same problems V W, A E, Or Oh, i ee, except H and sometimes R, they have both English and russian H)
