what would you recommend for sizing up or down for those with large heads or thise with tiny ones?

Would you happen to have a video about where to get/picking good leather to use for all of your crafts? I'm just getting into this hobby and I'm a bit uncertain where to source that particular bit of material

I have a very good extra set of kitchen shears that can handle up to 6 ounce leather. Medical trauma shears also work well for "basic" trimming, but due to the angle of the blades I wouldn't recommend them for finish cuts.

I have the other shoe patterns and they look great but my problem is my old busted feet are too wide for the rubber cup sole. I would love to see if you could figure out how to make these with a leather mid-sole and a stacked heel.
