1: i usually use artillery because because dont count how much dmg over time they gonna take also i dont use fire wall cause most of melee players dont fight u if use firewall and i dont have enough mobility to catch so i need to bait them feeling they are winning most of the times 2: if i get caught by a high mobility build i usually go for an all in early cause he wasted some abilities to catch me then he starts kiting cause he doesnt want to take too much dmg before his cds come back thats when i start using boots and mount up sometimes u get caught but its part of the game 3: usually when i use E without fully charge cause they have a reflect ability so am trying to bait it if i fully charge they reflect it i take too much dmg so its better to use it early trying to bait his reflect

It’s better in certain situations (against cursed staff/battleaxe) maybe also preference/cost difference
