TET அதிக மதிப்பெண் + BEd சீனியாரிட்டி 3. 2013 TET தேர்ச்சி + BEd சீனியாரிட்டி 4. 2013 TET தேர்ச்சி + பலமுறை TET தேர்ச்சி 5. 2013 TET தேர்ச்சி + AGE சீனியாரிட்டி ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு முன்னெடுப்பை விரும்புவார்கள் நீங்கள் எந்த முன்னெடுப்பை விரும்புகிறீர்கள் இதில் எந்த முறையை தேர்வு செய்தலும் முதலில் வேலை கிடைப்பவர்களுக்கும் கடைசியாக வேலை கிடைப்பவர்களுக்கும் இடையில் 20 ஆண்டுகள் கூட இருக்கலாம் தமிழ் ஆங்கிலம் கணிதம் இயற்பியல் வேதியியல் பாடப்பிரிவை சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு பலருக்கு வேலை கிடைக்காமலே போகலாம்.

SGT 42724 பேர் 2012 - 2013 வரை TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்று இருக்கிறார்கள் BT 51701 பேர் 2012 - 2013 வரை TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்று இருக்கிறார்கள் 2013 முதல் இன்று வரை 12528 பேர்க்கு SGT ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனம் கிடைத்துள்ளது. 2012-2013இல் TET -I தேர்ச்சி பெற்று 30196 பேர் இன்று வரை ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனம் கிடைக்காமல் இருக்கிறார்கள் 2013 முதல் இன்று வரை 19922 பேர்க்கு BT ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனம் கிடைத்துள்ளது 2012-2013இல் TET - II தேர்ச்சி பெற்று 31779 பேர் இன்று வரை ஆசிரியர் பணிநியமனம் கிடைக்காமல் இருக்கிறார்கள் BT வருடத்திற்கு 1000 காலிப்பணியிடம் வருகிறது என்றால் 2012-2013இல் TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர் பணியில்லாமல் இருக்கும் 31 000 பேருக்கு எப்படி பணிவழங்குவது பாடவாரியாக கணக்கிட்டால் தமிழ் ஆங்கிலம் கணிதம் இயற்பியல் வேதியியல் பாடத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள் 2012 - 2013 வரை TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்று இருக்கிறவர்கள் பாடத்திற்கு 5000க்கு அதிகம் அவர்களுக்கு எப்படி வேலை கிடைக்கும். 2017 , 2019, 2022 TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர் பணியில்லாமல் இருக்கும் மற்றவர்களுக்கு எப்படி பணிவழங்குவது???????????

இந்த போராட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் 40 000 பேருக்கு வேலை என்பது இல்லை 410 பேருக்கு வேலை கிடைக்க கூடாது என்பதே இனியும் நடைமுறை சத்தியம் இல்லாத சீனியரிட்டி என்பதை சொல்லி 2013 TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களை ஏமாற்றாதீர்கள் 2013இல் தவறான weightage மூலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டதர்க்கு 2018இல் நியமன தேர்வை அறிவித்த பொழுது 50% நியமன தேர்வு 50% TET சீனியாரிட்டி என்று கேட்டு போராடாமல் 2023 நியமன தேர்வுக்கான அறிவிப்பு வந்து நியமன தேர்வு முடிந்த பிறகு நடைபெறும் போராட்டத்தால் என்ன பயன் முடியமானால் PGTRB / UGTRB / TNPSC போன்ற தேர்வுகளுக்கு தயாராகுங்கள் இனி வரும் காலங்களில் நியமன தேர்வு தவிர்க்க முடியாதது

2010க்கு முன்பு BEd படித்தவர்கள் எங்களுக்கு சீனியாரிட்டி முறை தான் வேண்டும் TET தேர்வு நாங்கள் BEd படித்தபொழுது இல்லை எனவே 2012க்கு பிறகு BEd படித்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே TET பொருந்தும் என்றால் நியமனத்தேர்வுக்கு எதிர்மனநிலையில் இருக்கும் எத்தனைபேர் BEd சீனியாரிட்டிக்கு சரி என்று முழுமனதுடன் சொல்லுவோம். 2010க்கு முன் BEd படித்த சீனியாரிட்டிக்கு பணிநியமனம் முடிந்த பின்பு தான் TET தேர்வர்களுக்கு பணிநியமனம் என்றால் என்ன செய்யலாம். 2012 / 2013 இல் TET தேர்வு எழுதமாட்டோம் BEd சீனியாரிட்டி அடிப்படையில் பணிநியமனம் நடைபெற அல்லவா போராடியிருக்க வேண்டும்
