PRINCE2 blends well in an agile environment where there is scale and multiple teams. This video is a few years old, the PRINCE2 Agile approach provides excellent guidance in this area.

Excellent tips, i would just add one more, in multiple choice answers, try and follow the rule of elimination. For ex find the odd one out1. Rabbit.2. Cow.3. Dog.4. Elephant and 5. Snake. The trick is to realise that the first 4 are all mammals and the last one is a reptile. I have found this line of answering objective questions very usefull. Yes, you need to take the effort to know your subject matter reaonably well. Good luck. Roby.

The primary difference between PRINCE2 and Agile is philosophical. PRINCE2 and other processes of this kind are trying to implement command and control. The Project Manager is in charge, the General on the Battlefield ordering the soldiers around according to a predefined battle plan. With Agile the developers have the opportunity to estimate and the customer has the opportunity to prioritize. An Agile facilitator is not there as command and control, but rather to remove obstacles and ensure that the developers are following quality practices. The product owner or users are in the drivers seat in terms of priority, while the developers have the ownership and investment they need rather than being treated as cogs in a machine. Agile gives developers more room for creative innovation outside the limits of constraining requirements while still delivering business value. Better to be a Sensei than a General.

The first point is confused. Time boxing iterations is not about creating deadlines for the sake of deadlines, it is to encourage an iterative approach where there are regular small deliveries. Agile does not suit projects that must deliver to a invariant spec in a limited time. The point of regular delivery in Agile is to use your customer or product owner as the fitness function to ensure what you are building is actually meeting their needs through selection. This has the added benefit of showing progress early, thus getting emotional investment, or if going badly the opportunity to drop the project early. Waiting until the end of a project to find out that it isn't what the customer really needed is all too often the outcome. What Agile does is focus development on the feature that have the most value, and so is driven by business value rather than hard specifications. The second point is more valid if you are doing delivery to end users, but this can be mitigated by using product owners who are proxies for users. Sometimes using real users is better, but other times they are just not available or there are too many customers. A good product owner brings together a cohesive vision of the project and is available to developers. The third part is also more or less correct; but testing and quality assurance is always part of the process. You can't test in quality, it is built into the product. That means you should be building it with specific quality goals, which is why Extreme Programming and Agile has a focus on quality practises like unit tests. The 'production line' build is really something you put in place for multiple projects.
