I mostly read fiction. Love classics but I’m into contemporary literature too. Right now I’m reading a book in Italian called ‘La Mennulara’ by Simonetta Agnello Hornby. Loving it so far - It’s very funny. What about you, what are you reading?

@@Planwithg oh that sounds so interesting! I really love classics as well, right now I’m reading The idiot by Fyodor Dostoevsky. His works are deep and psychological in my view.

Crime and Punishment is one of my favorite books! I love Dostoevsky ❤️ and you’re right he is a master in describing human psychology - I read all his books, one better than the other, but crime and punishment has a special place in my reader heart ☺️❤️

@@Planwithg oh my goodness! Same! It’s my favorite and I heard that there’s a short book called Raskolnikov’s diary, that Dostoevsky wrote before Crime and Punishment! I haven’t read that sadly, I did not know it existed.

Oh I agree with you a lot, misspelling and mistakes are actually what makes the journaling yours! Thank you for sharing that. If someone focused on perfection there would lots of pressure that they might stop because of that.

@@Planwithg Oh they’re amazing! I too really enjoy the Twisbi a lot, however they’re some pens which are quite interesting, but they can have ridiculous prices haha :(

Oh I agree with you, journaling shouldn’t be forced, it should come naturally. Indeed sometimes writing and journaling on a relaxed mind is way better than having an idea or to do list in mind while writing. Your writing is beautiful sincerely and your words are inspiring as always, indeed most beautiful memories are the simple and small things that can happen often or usually happens. Your choice of colors are also wonderful and the cute cat that wants to be included is absolutely lovely. I am always very passionate about your videos; it’s amazing to watch. I hope you all the best in the world wonderful.

Oh I always love to see what you do! You’re really inspiring. Thanks for this beautiful video. I never knew how to make a page look interesting, but this way of writing is wonderful, do you have any tips on how to write on the opposite side? Is it always a different topic in that side?

Thank you so very much for your kind words! ❤️ Best tip would be: try to turn the page whenever you feel like! Nobody is deciding if your pages are looking interesting other than yourself 😌 you can switch color or turn the page if you’re writing about something different, or if it’s a different time of the day, or if you are feeling in a certain way. It really doesn’t matter. Try to do it for no reason at all and see what comes out of it. Maybe write a couple of sentences, and then switch color or just turn the page. If you use stickers or washi tape that can help you divide the page is some sort of sections, so you can change direction of the writing in every section. Or mentally divide the page in 4 parts, each part is a different color or side. I hope this helps, but let me know how it goes! All it matters is that you have fun with it, relax and let the ink flow ✨🙋🏻♀️

Thank you so much! It helps me a bit writing in small sections - that reduce the expectation of having to sit down for a very long time and write something - I keep my journal pretty easily too reach so as soon as I have a thought I grab it, write something and go. But yup sometimes that whole page gets overwhelming…that’s when you need a very large sticker… 😂☺️ 🙋🏻♀️

Thank you so much! And totally agree - we all like pretty pages but journaling shouldn’t be another task we have to do perfectly. At least I don’t see it that way. And the moment you let go of control the page becomes beautiful no matter what you write on it, because it was a happy moment during the day and that’s all it matters. ☺️❤️🙋🏻♀️

Yay! Those sticker books are the best and for a long time I didn’t use them because they were too pretty - and then I started and never stopped 😃 his name is Peppino short for Giuseppe (Joseph in Italian) he seeks attention in all the wrong moments 🙃

Ha, ha! Your cat wanted your attention, badly!😉😆 I'm currently using an A6 Hon as my daily journal. I wanted to buy an A5 Hon to use as my creative ink journal, but I have an extra A5 Common Planner. So instead of spending more money I'm going to use my Common Planner. I'm also using a 2024 Hobo Weeks as my ink sample log book. Your book looks beautiful. I love how you really "lived" in it.
