When first looked at the Correlation Coefficient. I saw a CC Drop on Radar when I looked at it, I was like Oh my god. I never seen a CC Drop from the remnants of Debby that was responsible for Sparking a lot of Tornadoes in Florida on August 4th.

1. Speed does not matter. 2. Tier 4 standards 3. no one really cares about travel times and again about speed 4. Again idk what streamlines are but SPEEDS do not matter. 5. 1. Speed Supports Travel times, especially in morning and evening commutes. 2. Standards continue to lower. Eventually diesel won’t be fit 3. Many commuters depend on reliable time. 4. Streamlining affects aerodynamics, which affects acceleration and maximum speed resistance. 5. Diesel is reliable as well, I’ll give you that 6. Quieter engines allow for less noise pollution in suburban areas such as NE Philadelphia.
