I had also faced issue with this TV like after installation the picture is not visible and screen became black. Only sound is Audioable.

I had faced an issue after a year when it was out of warranty. Firstly the customer care number never works.. It keeps ringing but no answer. Send an email and after 2 days someone called and said need to give 550 rs for technician visit and he will diagnose the problem and will let you know the amount.. So I declined

I had issues with th TV which I reported the next day of delivery. Still awaiting issues to be resolved. It has been more than 20 days. Dark spot on screen. Dolby vision not working. HDR10+, not working. Cannot see pics or movies via pen drive. Cannot login Amazon prime. Pathetic after sales service.

That's quite unfortunate. I also lost faith in going for any unknown brands now. No more experimenting to save a few bucks... Always go for the ones which have reputed after sales service guarantee and no more online purchase.

I recommend taking the extended warranty because the normal warranty is for 1 year. My TV faced screen black out issue recently in its 15th month of usage. The first issue I faced so far. Had to spend around 11k to get it fixed from a local vendor. As it's out of warranty, the official service center guy visit itself was charging 550 so gone for a local vendor. Now it's working fine.

@@Envision-89 my tv went into coma after 15 months.. Have to spend 12k to take out the ventilator.. I do not recommend buying this brand or any of these types... Go far with good brands and look for proper after sales service.. Otherwise you will suffer.
