This was filmed the same day as the last episode, where he met with the contractor. Everyone is wearing the same clothes. My GUESS is that this decision was all about time and money. I bet he sold this land before the year was out.

Dyllan definitely feels ready for that baby LOL. He doesn't even try to deflect the very rare baby questions (as he used to do with the engagement Q's), just happily/bashfully smiles. He is already over the moon with Barbara as his SO. When they have a baby he's gonna go nuts with the outpouring of love. And I am so ready for that!!!!! #sprouselove

I have read somewhere on Barbara's interview with Hungarian journalist that were already translated by a fan page.. And Barbara do admit that dylan actually already thinking to have a baby with her before marriage because according to his religion, that what he's supposed to do. But Barbara at some point didn't ready and prefer marriage to comes first.

So tell me Barbara, if you didn’t want the fire on and you only asked Dylan to put the fire on because you didn’t think that he would be able to, what was the plan had he failed to start the fire. Where you going to demean him in some way perhaps, question his abilities as a man and then laugh at him in front of all of his friends, friends that have known him longer than they have known you. That doesn’t sound like something that someone who is meant to love the other person would do. It makes me wonder how you treat Dylan when there is no one around.
