I was at the Sydney cathedral attending Fra Jozo's talk about Medjugorje during the war years on Croatia and Bosna/ Hercegovina. She was his interpreter! I was stunned how she perfectly translated Croatian into English, German being her mother's tongue. What a noble lady, not only by birth but by heart. I hope that the last crown prince Hapsburg captured by British and imprisoned then buried in Majorca be soon beatified and his remnants taken home to Austria. ❤❤❤

The latest document makes it clear that it does not state that anything has been determined to be authentic at Medjugorje. Medjugorje was not given the highest ranking - which would be "of supernatural origin " - and only a legitimate Pope can declare. "Under the new norms, a phenomenon can still be declared supernatural, but it will require a special act of the pope (no. 23)." This most recent document also discourages visiting the "seers" . Nothing has really changed since the Vatican allowed visits there in 2019, but with a clear understanding that no impression be given that anything has been approved.

What a beautiful testimony. I remember when you came to Medugorje first and you began to do the job of translater. Medugorje was new and everybody who was there witnessed the extraordinary sense of Heaven and peace which permeated Medugorje. Fr Slavko exuded the energy of a man besotted .. .It is only in the last few years have the reasons for Our Lady’s apparitions there become clear as our world collapses around us.

The comments about one of the fruits of Medjugorje being "brotherhood" is so very true. This is something I felt during my recent pilgrimage to Medjugorje. I realised that despite our differing backgrounds, social status and ethnicities, we are ALL equal in the eyes of Our Blessed Mother. All these differences simply melt away as soon as one sets foot in Medjugorje.
