Ofher languages first organize the spelling and then they pronounce accordingly, but english, its different, they fixed a pronounciation and they just wanna put some letters there and pronounce the exact opposite 😂

It’s actually not an English word. It’s a Native American word, means long river. Well, technically a Native language word but being whitewashed into English.

That is actually an accent if you pronounce the word correctly you should be pronouncing the C but none of us do

Yeah, but it's not logical in English to have two syllables in the same word spelled differently but pronounced the same. It may have a few exceptions, but I cannot recall any off the top of my head. So because young is a pretty well established word and pronunciation already, it's natural to default to, "well then, the first syllable is probably pronounced different, Soon makes the most sense, so..."

The problem is that English uses an alphabet which was created for a completely different language with a completely different phonetic system. (I mean Latin, of course). Having heard the pronunciation from the video, I would definitely have transliterated it as 'San Yan(g)'. One must be a helpless person to use 'u' for /a/, or 'oo' for /u/, it is just absolutely insane. Actually, we may observe the same situation not only in the language but also in the metric system of the US: they are ready to measure things with every retarded units possible and impossible but would never use a normal human metric system which is simple, concrete, and logical.
