Mine worked fine.i even had the app.but one day it got wet and it still works normally after it dried.but since then it always appears offline on the app .i tried everything, like restarting the wifi , phone, vacuum,even deleted the app and reinstalled it ,to make a new account.when i tried to connect it to the app,it did not ask me to pick a certain wifi ,only asked me to press dock and power button for seven seconds.after that it didnt connect with scamming,neither it appeared as a wifi to connect. what do i do? Can i somehow mop without using the app ?

Hey Long story short, its most probably the batteries that have gone. Taking the cost of the devices into consideration its easier to replace it rather than repair

stop lying to people/ Rain is the MOST unreliable service you can use. They have decent 5g that no one will ever need the cap for. Their 4g is the worst. They drop internet connection the moment the tower get busy as they have no network Priority. They rent service space from other towers like mtn and as soon as the network gets too busy, they cut your connection to preserve their own customers. their 5g suffers when there are power outages and is their only service they have their own towers for. I worked for them and know the ins and outs of how they work. You want cheap you will get cheap. Get a proper internet provider

It's not "3gigs" on 5GHz range. Theoretical COMBINED 2.4 and 5GHz speed is 2976Mb/s. And even that number is meaningless since WAN/LAN ports are 1000Mb/s. But its nice to have some headroom and higher throughput.
