you should make their pond bigger and deeper so that when they dive or get the zoomies then they can dive and splash around. and give them more calcium for better eggs.

now you have wood mergansers. you should probally remove the netting for them cause they have to learn how to dive.

The little wire mesh is for when they are young to help get out, it doesn't seem to make a difference as they get older. I have had birds drown that couldn't get out.

If you find the right treats they will calm down. Try some peas for a little bit. Also use Mazuri waterfowl food as a treat, you can throw some in the water with them and it will float for 10 minutes or so.

@@Mac14329 its not that easy to ind preys everywhere. the fox has to eat and the ducks were vulnerble. the fox cant just skip a big, delicious meal cuz some people want it to spare ducks/prey food

@@SpikyDiggy I know the fox has to eat. The original comment already said that. And that's why I said he'll have to eat something else. There are plenty of prey items to find. It's not nearly as difficult as you think. Also, those ducks belonged to someone, so they weren't going to just let that fox kill them just because they were vulnerable. And the fox DID skip the "big, delicious meal" because it had no other choice. It was either that or face the owner's wrath. I have to again say how tired I am of people always taking the predators' side.
