For strictly towing I have 7 gal. tank and will step up to the 10 gal. I now run 1.5 gal meth and 5.5 gal dis. water. In it's preprogramed tow mode you select between low, med, and high. For longer hills and heavier towing you select low to get more injection at lower boost pressure. And high for higher boost pressure to begin injection for lighter loads. Hope I clarified that cause I was initially thinking backwards. the added injection and fleece coolant bypass together eliminated any egt problems I was having.

Hello! Fuel increase got it! Isn't one of the biggest benefits of using a water/meth injection keeping things clean and improved engine life? I do not have this set up yet, but I have heard it works like a steam bath etc. If true, that would seem like a much bigger benefit over 10% increase in fuel mileage when we think in terms of costs down the road. Ane engine that will run for 500k miles vs 350k miles without serious engine work seems like a much bigger selling point to me. Hell, I don't know! I'm just saying LOL.

Interest is in the steam expansion effect to capture more energy from the compounder unit and reduce fuel consumption, in addition to keeping the engine internals cleaned out from all the EGR soot buildup

Our Boost Juice is readily available at multiple distributors! If you're in a pinch, you can even use winter blend windshield washer fluid, but only if it is blue in color and rated for -20 deg F. It should have no special additives. This means it is safe to use and made of about 30% methanol and 70% water. If it is another color or another temperature rating, do not use it.

Yeah it makes big difference when towing on hot days, up big mts. with heavy loads. I use a #6 nozzle on primary injector and #5 on secondary. For heavy loads you set the preprogramed tow mode to low to initiate injection to start at lower boost pressure max cooling. It starts by boost pressure and then will inject 100% at 1000 deg. EGT. I use 15 to 20% meth. and heavy loads on hot days it will suck down a 7 gal. tank in about 150 to 200 miles. But that's the high end. On smaller hills or not so hot days I will run on med or even high and get double or triple miles. I only use it when I feel I need to.

If just driving, a 7 gallon tank full will last a few tanks of fuel. With my setup, about 8-10k lb load, it burns about 5-6 gallons/ 150-200miles.

I cant find much info about the external boost pressure sensor. I have a twin turbo bmw 650i with a nozzle port in each charge pipe. Am i supposed to install this boost pressure sensor directly into one of the charge pipes next to the injection nozzle?

Yes, you'll want to install the sensor in your charge pipe. Make sure the nozzle isn't spraying onto the sensor

Can you make a video of doing an install on a supercharged vehicle. I have your SNO-2160-BRD and am installing on a LSA 6.2L engine and I am not sure I am supposed to put the boost gauge at the intake ring behind the throttle body or someplace else in order to see an accurate boost level.

Can’t think of why I would not need water/alcohol, and nitrous wet injection. The 5.7 is a perfect daily. It definitely will be needed once in a while. Great option to keep everything basically stock, but with more than 392 power if it’s ever needed.

That's your injection indicator LED, when it's on the system is actively injecting water-methanol
