The lack of headlight flash on these newer ones with LED headlights is a poor choice, they're much less visible from a distance in traffic or in bright sunlight (as in this video) in my experience.

Blood bikes are not allowed blue lights - only the National Blood Service can transport blood under blue lights and they don’t use bikes, so this is unusual and would now be illegal.

@roydelta1 Both appliances from Skegness were already in attendance when I arrived along with Wainfleets crew. They parked both appliances further round the corner but had to try and save space for specialist appliances so all pumps not being used were parked by the entrance.

Some proper melons driving around - completely unaware of what's going on around them . At least you caught their number plates so the police can do their duty and protect us by getting them off the road . Including the pair of twinks on the mopeds !

@adamrobinson8350 Even the first Crew Manager in attendance said it was a bit over the top with the amount of resources sent but thankfully these incidents don't occur often. Feel bad for HART who had to travel over an hour from Mansfield.

this fire could of easely been contained and put out if the fire service had not abandoned using pre determined atendances of fire apliances due to cuts, they sent two pumps which could not cope with it. under predetermind atendances six pumps a cpl and a foam tender woudl have all been sent at once
