Bro, interviewers used to be so weird!!!! I can't help but notice, it kinda irritates me for Nick & other artists of his time I've seen, even Bob Dylan way back, he used to get such awkward moments with journalists trying to be edgy & put him in the spotlight, like they did with Nick. Glad to see it kinda* changed nowadays.

The red dress woman is Malga Kubiak, an artist and performer of Polish origins, while the other one I recognize as Saskia Post, late Australian actress known from starring with Michael Hutchence (deceased as well) in an iconic movie 'Dogs in Space' by Richard Lowenstein. I think none of these two records you mentioned were meant to be 'an interview', rather performances of some kind.
