you're a carpenter... i imagine you could have built some drying racks for a lot cheaper. $207 is rather expensive for that. everything's getting stupid expensive.
@comediccarpenterКүн бұрын
Maybe, but I have no interest in designing and building things that are readily available to purchase. The time and money that goes into prototypes would be wasted, plus these store in a very compact manner. Time saved is money too. I highly recommend them!

I really liked this video. I haven't heard of this product from Massca before. In the past I considered getting either the Dewalt or Irwin construction jack and was hesitant. This seems like a higher quality version. I also like that the Viking Arm rotated 180 to perform more tasks. Thanks for sharing!

I have had a pair for about five years and I’m not a carpenter but when I saw them I knew I had to have them. Made no sense. They are truly expensive and had the knockoffs been around I probably would have bought them…but, the quality is top notch and like you say, there are plenty of times to put them to use….even as not a carpenter.

I don't know about that one, but I have the Bosch pole and the Bosch GLL3-330CG laser level, and it comes with a 2-piece adapter that has up/down adjustment on the adapter. We had the same issue at first with putting the horizontal line near the height point then (while on unlock) using the knob to up/down the laser level to that point but when you let off to lock it, it would always settle and move a little bit and not be on point. We found that if you keep the adapter on lock instead of unlock, you can up/down the laser level to your point and let off the knob and there was no settle and made lining up so much easier and less time consuming. It works really nice when you put the laser level where the line can hit several posts or piling from one spot and then hang a long run of girders or joists without having to use a level or even worse using a string level. But the drawback with the Bosch pole is it doesn't have a tripod base so that means you need something above the pole to extend to and lock the pole in place so you can't use it outside if there's nothing above the pole. You could easily bring something with some weight and tie the pole to that object and that works fine but that's one extra thing you got to do if nothing for the pole to fasten to above.

Milwaukee M12 is a nice Vacuum. A lot more suction the Dewalt and much quieter which is nice when working in customer’s homes. The Dewalt stays at home in the garage now. I wish Milwaukee have made it a hybrid like the Dewalt. And it’s too bad Dewalt didn’t beef up the motor for better suction because otherwise it could be a nice little unit.

Veto Pro Pac TECH OT LC works out really well for me. I like how I can see all my tool and they’re easy to reach. Very durable. At first I was hesitant about spending almost $300 dollars for a tool tote but it has paid for itself much faster than I thought it would due to the time it saves me every trying to get at or find a tool. And after paying for itself it started making me money. After 8 months it hasn’t shown any signs of wear at all. It should last for many years if it doesn’t get stolen. No more cheap and poorly designed Husky totes for me.
