They held an international court, with Russia judging, and determine this is actual slavery.

As a Peruvian I liked the Lomo saltado, but this restaurant only is chifa by the name because is only one list of Peruvian food and the rest is Chinese. It get me many memories when I went with my Californian ex-friend, she told me that the Lomo Saltado wasn't the great thing even though as a Peruvian I really enjoyed it.

Chica is the name we gave to a restaurant who do Peruvian-Chinese fusion, that’s not the name of the cuisine. And the food in these chifas is a fusion not a list of Peruvian dishes and another of Chinese dishes, it’s called fusion for a reason. That restaurant isn’t a chifa.

I'm Peruvian and was so excited because i love chifa. I was actually very disappointed in the food. They called themselves chifa but they actually don't do the chinese peruvian fusion. It's like they have two menus, one peruvian and one chinese. I ordered ceviche (duh), the fish was cut horribly (big chunks) not marinated enough, bad. The chinese food was good though.
