So, people don't need a fridge? They just keep the food outside? 🤔😜

Who are you? I am in the USA. They use all kinds of different things to heat a house. It all depends on the options you want to have to be warm.

The "CENTRAL HEATING" in Europe means district's "hot steam from the remote boiler room circulating through radiators" inside apartments!

We dont have heaters or Air conditioning. The outside temp is almost never lower then 40F degrees or higher then 85F degrees. Inside its more like 55F - 80F. We do have a small portable air conditioner for the worst of the summer but its not all that great and is rarely needed even in the summer.

i can't imagine how much your energy bill would be to keep your house at 77F when it's -83F outside. absolutely crazy. in the northern US it's most common to set your heat to 68F.

I live in California, where I want to heat my home, but it's too expensive. It's 30 dollars a month for the gas bill, BEFORE you use any gas. Tonight will be about 30 degrees (or just about -1 Celsius), so, my home will be about 52 degrees or 11 celsius. I wear clothing indoors that are meant for outdoors.

USA, Duluth, Minnesota: We use Natural Gas personally, but some folks use Electric heat. (Uggh) My office is on the City Steam system, but the city is changing over to a hot water loop. That loop is all buried.

Here in Texas, we cry and complain when it gets down to 40 deg F. Haha. We see a little bit of snow about every 6 years.

This is absolutely wild to me. I'm in Texas, we just had some nights that dropped to 22F, that's brutal for us haha. Our houses are just not built for it. It was interesting to see how different the buildings are there.

I am from Idaho and Oregon in the US. We use propane gas in a furnace to maintain our houses heat, and we have individual electric heaters to customize the heat in each room. As we move to Oregon, I want a home with a wood burning stove, to me, I like gathering the wood, and the heat is very nice. Plus I get exercise splitting and stacking the wood.

In USA, I have central heating with heat pump. My heating costs between $180 and $230 in winter. My cooling in other months costs less than $100 per month.

I'm in the United States in the state of Florida so not much heating is needed as it's usually hot here but it sometimes does get cold and we have central air and heat but our central heat is different there is a unite powered by electricity that is both an air conditioner and an electric heater there is a thermostat on the wall where we set the temperature and we can switch it from cool to heat

Ohio USA here. I live in a small house and the normal furnace is fuel oil fired (diesel fuel), but it's forced air heating. My second heating method is a wood stove. I use that only when I'm home, but when I leave the furnace runs.

We have a four bedroom house that is not joined/connected to another property. In the UK we describe this as being detached (from another building). Temperatures in the UK in winter (especially in the southern half of the country) rarely get below -5c but often are above freezing day and night. Our home is heated by a single gas boiler that circulates hot water around radiators in all the rooms (5 downstairs and 6 upstairs). A few rooms have more than one radiator. We have a home automation system that switches the heating and hot water two or three times a day when we are home. The system is set to 19c but we do turn it up to 22c sometimes. Hot water is stored in a well insulated tank that stays hot very well. The tank thermostat is set to 65c. We may have a mostly wet climate in Winter but I prefer having that rather than enduring -65c.

Чем больше я слушаю разные языки земли, тем больше убеждаюсь, насколько библия вранье, что все произошли от адама и евы. Человечеству нужно раскопать свое прошлое, ту историю которую стёрли.
