Hey Greg, thanks for the video.. I, too, was thinking that the 2 torx screws were actually Phillips head screws and that they were stripped in the same locations.. must be there to prevent us from getting in,lol. Thanks to your video, I was able to remove them.. 👍

I take it you didn't see a fuse inside? That's my assumption/hope, as we had a power surge last night. If there isn't, I probably won't even bother taking it apart.

😂😂I have to agree with that i had refurnished samsung for 3 years..After new pc board was put in !! And it worked fine for the 2 years !!!.. i got it after my hi sense 7kg died of 8 years old😢!! I had LG model prior to that hi sense pre LG DD models that was a 6kg i gave to my brother is still working like a new and is 18 years old ! Then i bought 8kg top loader 8kg Omw i sent it back under warrenty due mechanical issues and leaking pumps ,it was 9 months in and leaking and endless defects that i proved to the retailer !! I am now back to LG But 7kg DD and we paid so worth it !! 🎉🎉

I changed all the components but the freezer is 30f, the fridge is 60f but everything works but not the temperature

Didn't mention about broiler and oven not working

Friends don't let friends by Samsung appliances, great phones but terrible appliances. Speaking from experience after putting three control boards in a Samsung washer that my parents had for like a decade. Sealed with silicone but still somehow miraculously got corrosion underneath the silicone every time. And the matching washer only works on the timer function

Greg, the centre of that idler is steel and the shaft is steel how come they don't just heat up and seize? I've just used 400 grit on a shaft and replaced the idler and it heat seized in less than two minutes. Any ideas? Thanks from Andy from Aussie Homestead NSW Australia 🦘

Mine's never on eco dry, it's just that there's always too many clothes but I can't help that since I wash my mom's clothes and it overloads the washer and dryer.

What if i have no power to the ice maker?

I have a Fagor BMF 200X with a ripped gasket. Fagor went out of business and I cannot find a Fagor replacement. I measured it as 22.5"x45". There are three 1/8" holes in the gasket too. Any suggests on how to replace or fix it. The fridge still works well. Thanks.

Hello Greg, I’ve seen your video. My light is working but my Honeywell unit needs a good cleaning and I’m having difficult finding a torque D 15. Would a regular hardware store or Canadian have them? I keep finding the torques for vehicles on the web.

Why not just hit the water dispenser tab in the door and see how the flow is at the bottom of the door? If it's flowing well you can totally avoid the water filter assembly replacement. My GE fridge freezes up the water line in the door. It's not a function of water supply. I've taken a heat gun to the inside panel and it starts working fine...for a day or two. Then freezes up again. It's a factory insulation design issue in the door if you keep your freezer set near max cold setting. I bought a Brita filter for water. Problem solved. I'd rather have my freezer set near 0 degrees F.

Thanks for making this video i have had my purifier for a while now and i ended up storing it afyer only a year or 2 of use cuz i didnt want to break it trying to pry off all the tough pieces trying to get to the inside. Well after hiding it in storage i came across it again lol and am excited to be able clean and use it again. Thanks for sharing
