great video from the wrestle-man himself, keep up the good work, James!

Loved this place as well as Mr. Danger's steak house. Went there 2010, 2011, 2012. My regret is selling my jacket, they also gave me a tshirt that for some reason had the Ribera logo and LA Lakers basketball team on it, kinda random, ended up losing the shirt. Also gave me a pair of black and white Ribera zubaz style pants, sold them too...sold my Big Japan Pro Wrestling crew jacket also. Big regrets, been trying to make it back but can't get paid flight out there. Man time flies. Thanks for posting this.

James I love your work, and I would say you are the best host in wrestling podcasts the only thing you need to get over is you "aaaaahhhh" and the vocal fry that comes with it!!! You're so close!!! You started the Stevie Richard's show with an "aaahhhh" and I'm like "damnit James!!!!" Love your work. Thanks for the hours of awesome content.

Toby Farley spotting @3:08 in the back with the fresh beard! My man livin' the dream! You shared a building, nay an eating establishment (a legendary one at that), with untapped greatness, my friend. The Southern Saviour of Strong Style himself. Incredibly proud to have officially coined that. I had a wild opportunity to commentate a match of his in Athens, TN as my introduction. He has done nothing but continue to impress me since. I would say it's a crying shame he hasn't been signed, but he'd be toned down and Toby is a man that shouldn't be kept on a leash. I'm also proud to say he got his jacket. Much love to Toby, his crew, and of course James! Keep up the killer work! Love the podcasts, especially with Dutch.

We thought you looked familiar! I was one of the wrestlers in the back, love your podcast dude!

No way, thanks man! I was trying to figure out if I knew you guys but I’m blind without my glasses so I just figured you were in the business. You were the only guys the owners didn’t rush out of the building the second you were done eating as well 🤣

I was a bit blind as well, one to many Kirins 😆. It was me, Mad Man Pondo, Dale Patrick's and Marcus Matthers, we was on tour for BJW. I broke in the business in 2003 but in 2011 I spent some time training with Dirty Dutch in Lebanon Tennessee. He's one of a kind and an amazing person.

Did you happen to buy a jacket?
@italion91017 ай бұрын
I was wondering that as well.
@levimcdanielАй бұрын
as far as I know, they don't sell jackets, they only give them as a gift to wrestlers. I got mine in 2010.

That's cool. Those little figures remind me of Monster in my Pocket figures in the 80s, which were just a solid colour. They later did Wrestler in my Pocket in the 90s

I would love to go into Ribera Steakhouse and really check out ALL the photos in there! My ultimate goal would be to see a photo of Rikidozan! It's been said that he was eliminated by the Oriental Mob back and his history was literally eliminated as well! Fun change of pace video James! Cheers From COW-lumbus, Ohio MOO 👋

Problem is it's only got like 28 covers, including the bar, and they are rushing you in and rushing you out so there wasn't really time for too much looking around, sadly.
