@ForceOfNorse lol yeah I know right he is legendary. I can only pay homage. A college roommate asked why I wasn't into football since I was a gym rat, trained Brazilian jujitsu and loved ufc. I was like I dunno I was more into hockey growing up. Then he showed me Adrian Petersons rookie highlight reel and this was like 08 going into 09. I started by liking the superstars and their elite athleticism over teams but by his 2000 yard season I was a vikings fan. I got a tattoo on my calf of the logo n everything. That's a good video idea. I got a couple different ones planned for bye week so I'll add it to the mix

I think that SD throwing that 98yd TD to JJ typifies the confidence of the coaches. That was from our goal line. Fantastic play! Gotta also give a big shout out to our run game, especially IMO to Ty Chandler. And Nailor was also outstanding. Hoping for great things this weekend against the Texans. It'll be a challenge, but it's less of a challenge than SF IMO, so I think we can win this. Our D is better than Chicago's, which is legit, and they kept it close. But our Offense is an order of magnitude better, so I expect that we win.

I think it is possible especially after the game Sammy Sam had. I would hope that he stays long term in MN and that if he was doing amazing and lighting up the field I would keep the rookie on the bench until honestly Sammy Sam would lose the job. We need to reward the best person on the team for that post. Nothing in life is a given. I know that very well because the people I have killed would prolly want to still be breathing. I have always felt that it up the the current starter that it is up to him to lose the post or not. Good video one thing the Vikings along with other teams need to look at is this. Getting paid the highest price for a player is really a horrible deal most of the way around including the person getting paid the huge contract. The only one whoever makes out on it is the agents. Like Kirk Cousins. Great person and player. However due to his selfish actions it cost the Vikings a large amount of talent due to lack of salary cap. If I ran my life like the NFL does I would prolly actually gain weight from being able to eat more. Because they run the teams like a whore house. The good ol in and out.

To answer your question : "Did San Fran fix Sam Darnold?" They fixed 90% of him. The 10% remaining is being fixed by KOC this season.

One thing about McCown you forgot to mention : He was Sam Darnold's teammate in NY, and Sam got valuable guidance from him. Once he (McCown) left, it's like Sam became a lost soul because no one else there even attempted to help him : Not the team, not the front office, not the coaching. Now he's back together with McCown in a situation where EVERYONE (on the Vikings) wants him to succeed. And he will.

💯 agree we will have some ups and downs but more ups than downs. This team will really gel it showed in preseason with the 2s and 3s . Can’t wait to see our team in person I will be at the home opener vs the 49ers SKOL Vikings
