Welp. I'm sorry to be the only comment here and that I have to say this, but it's just a loop of the same track with 0 of what the title says is in it. There's not thunder that I can tell and there are no Taiko drums at all that I can tell. It's literally the most synth-ed up B-roll music you could possibly find on the internet. Too bad because the title made it sound actually good.
