Hello, I got almost similar problem too- whenever I play any games in fullscreen mode, a popup appeard for milisecond before Dissapeared (it's from SmartAudio) and the game minimized and my screen back to desktop, help please 😭

No need to set 1080p it is just a method to fix that issue after that u can set that 4k resolution

Set your desktop resolution to 720 then open the game and change in game resolution to 4k then it will minimize the game and after this u have to set your desktop resolution to 4k ezz pezz

Its a basic one - delete softwares ( mentioned in the video) and reverse the settings simple after or you can use system restore instead
