great video, too bad the audio and video aren't synchronous

If you could figure out how to get my husband to be able to meditate in an unfrustrated and helpful way I'd be open for offers for what it's worth! 😅

Love the video❤! What would you recommend for people with ADHD who need to occupy the more uncontrollable part of their mind at the same time as meditating or else they get frustrated?

@@indivyoga Namaste As per Advaita Vedanta (Philosophy of non duality) initially there are three. A) The worshipper B) The act of worshipping C) The one who is worshipped. As we proceed , we merge our mind in the act with such intensity that there remains only one.

Thank you, but need to know what to repeat. This info not useful without knowing how to do it. Follow Divine Mother ... What do I say?
@indivyoga Жыл бұрын
Hi Douglas:-) It is not for me to say what words/mantra you should use as they are very personal. I suggest looking into different ones and picking one that you resonate with the most. I have several that I use on different days or at different days depending on how I feel or what I'd like to cultivate in myself or my life. There are simple ones like OM, or Om Mani Padme Hum or the Gayatri mantra. There are many.. You can also use a sentence or affirmation in your own language. Namaste

Do you have any recommendations on how to strengthen the wrists besides working this pose?
@indivyoga4 жыл бұрын
Hi Julia, I'm sorry for the late reply! Yes you should do downward dogs and plank poses for the wrists, arms and shoulders (they're all connected and need some strength for this pose) but don't hold the poses for more than 1 min. Check how the wrists feel the next day and if they're fine, increase the time. If you over do it and they're really hurting/burning, run the wrist under ice cold water for 2 mins (it REALLY helps!) This pose is more about balance/weight distribution and core strength because it's the core that is actually going to lift you up so you're not weighting down on the wrists - so I advise doing my short core video to build that up and make the pose even easier:-)
