Oh Adrian, we miss you in Europe....the way you beat the handpan is unique, like Okas Sylla touches the djembe....we are hangin on your lipps about new handpan stuff from you. Many blessings for you

WHERE DID THIS INSTRUMENT COME FROM AND WHEN? NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE IS IT NEW? DID IT EVOLV FROM THE JAMACIAN STEEL DRUM MUSIC?
@Somasoul..8 ай бұрын
Awesome...what microphones did you use to record this! #2: have you tried playing the smaller but heavier/thicker steel tongue drums with your hands? (If so..which drum is easier to play for you?) I just bought a steel tongue made from propane tank (tank drum), i find it tricky to get used to after playing djembe, congas, bongos..but LOVE the sounds and SUSTAIN! YOU must be on cloud 9 receiving all these compliments! ✌🥁🎶

This was such a beautiful era of Yishama. I miss these days. They had such a unique and gorgeous identity with this old material.

This is so beautiful…masterfully played. I love this “old school” stuff. One pan, no mutant or bottom notes, and still amazing and inspiring. ❤

1st Gen Hijaz C is the best out of all. 3rd one sounds dramatic, 4th and 5th is ok, 6th is happy, 7,8 etc is not much of enjoy. Kurd 9 is nice tho. Deep Arcadian is very deep and healthy. Ysha Savita very unic sound, i like it alot! Witching Hour so dramatic. Mystic is mystic lol, unic.

Years later. I still f**cling love this piece. And I’ve never been able to quite fully replicate playing it the way you do. You have no idea how many rough times just listening to your piece over and over has helped me through so many rough times in my life. Thank you man. Even if you don’t really fully grasp how much this piece means to me.
