I’m time traveling but maybe play the song full tilt to start so we can see that. Then slow lessons. It’s me from the future.

Sorr y, my brother. The F riff ends on the 7th, i.e. E which is the Major 7. It does not end on the 8th tone of the scale.

Thanks for this real good instruction. I like the horn part and the way you teach it. I play the verse differently but as the origin bass part ist not a bass guitar it does not matter. it is more about the rhythm and the pentatonic. And both is something you teach very well in this video also. Cheers!!!

I got confused.. he says the country scale is the same as the blues scale but doesn’t say which blues scale G country = G blues? Cause it looks like G country = E blues like the relative minor on the first example. Is this right?

Really nice tutorial. Clear, and easy to follow. Glad I found your channel, subscribed, and will tell my guitar playing friend to give it a look see.

Wow... a lot a useless gabbing and no lesson. Start your lesson by performing the song in full, then slowly performing the stages step by step with minimal over explanation 🤔

Nah, you can duplicate both bass parts by tapping instead of plucking. Use the LH to tap on the C and slide down to the F on the E string. while using the RH to tap the G string E (8th fret) and slide it up to the A (14th fret). Only takes a few minutes to get both hands synchronized.
