Keep an eye on the Canadian dollar. It's forming a triple bottom against the American dollar. Support lies in roughly the 0.680 to 0.682 range. Once the current bottom forms it should be off to the races so to speak. (The previous bottoms were in January, 2016 and March, 2020.)

We have another short week this week. I don't predict any rally until after the inaguration. There is too much uncertainty with Trump policies. There may be a rally monday since Mike Johnson was elected speaker with few antics. I expect a test of ATH eventually in Feb but I am bearish for Januray.

That will be a NASTY C down on Qs and may be the start of a much bigger correction. I still think we may be in a huge expanded B from the SPX 3500 area as the sub waves are so difficult to count.

I like the SPY and BTC divergence. Like the BTC corrects at the moment, but could be rising soon for its 5th wave (within 2 weeks?). The SPY is more like in front of a correction (looks more like 4 to 5 weeks). That would mean, that the BTC rises, while the SPY falls. As the BTC correlates highly with the traditional markets, that would be something unusual, right?

That is -- -Nearly 2x higher inflow than any previous high (2021 Covid March saw a $75B inflow) -Only broke above $50B in inflows six times out of the past five years or sixty months(since 2020 )or ~10% of the time -Last November 23' was $25B for comparison Y/Y so 6X above last yr -Average inflows have declined over 2024 but still much stronger than past 5 years -At the 22' bottom the months of Nov/Dec each saw $50B inflows looks like that helped stop the bleeding for sure!
