Unfortunately the shoe won't budge there's also no screw there it won't rotate at all I'm clueless

Oh man, the trick to turn the flathead screwdriver to move the tracks up was what helped me fix my window! I took it out for cleaning, got it all lopsided and couldn't put it back in. This video is a life-saver!

For me it's the top window that has dropped and it came down with such force that it got stuck. Can't find a video that helps with that issue..

Are there springs on both sides? I got one engaged and figured that out so the window isn’t a guillotine anymore but i can’t move the other one at all and it’s at the bottom so the window won’t close fully :(
