Perfect! Thank you for the video. Tip if you don’t have the fancy torx screw. A small flathead screw driver will do the trick.

Hello my dear friend, I just saw your videos, I live in Turkey, there is not much interest in the 919 here, I do not have any information, I will also buy it, it is a 2004 model, 8000 miles, I would like your advice and suggestions when you have time, best regards.

@10mm I'm trying to figure out right now if I actually have 0 oil pressure or it's just the sensor. Gauge reading 0. Been driving for 2 months like this so hopefully it's bad sensor?
@10mm
@10mm 3 ай бұрын
@@CJmontage101 That would be my guess as well. 2 minutes of zero oil pressure can destroy an engine. 2 months would definitely kill it.

Grew up learning to ride on a 1971 Puma with the Hirth 634cc engine. Special memories with them. The 440 Sachs was actually rated almost the same as the bigger engine at 35hp @ 6500rpm while the 634 made 36hp @ 5500rpm as I recall. I know the 634 made an excellent tow sled because of the Salisbury clutch. Engaged at about 1800rpm and it was super smooth, but those clutches unfortunately wear out fast. The 634 made tons of torque for the weight of the sled so it didn't have to work hard as a tow vehicle. In the mountains, I can't imagine it'd make a good choice, though. The Puma's had a really short contact patch of track so they didn't do well in deeper snow. The 440 would likely give the 634 a run for it's money top end as it was a higher rpm motor. 60mph any day. 70mph on a good day.

Great buy...by all means, keep it. I still have an R90S that I've had since the 1980s, and it gets ridden every week. Original dampers for that bike were Boges, the Konis were upgrades. DEFINITELY clean the carbs; those things will never run properly unless you do. Look on the bright side: if you blow the engine, the tank (after cleaning and creaming) is worth about $300!

Starting a BMW by kickstart: Both feet left and right on the footrest. While standing on your footrests you put your left heel on the kickstarter. Press the kickstarter down until you feel comprssion, relase the kickstarter and then kick it. Why this way: If the engine backfires, the kickstarter will shoot out from under your heel. The way you do it here, you can't apply force and you run the risk, in case of a kickback, that the kickstarter will hit you right under the middle of your foot.

I grew up in San Jose n we would go to hicks rd. All the time. Never saw albino folks but we did run into some fuct up shit. Half naked tweaked chick running on the side of the road with a big knife. Dude pointing a shotgun at us… weird messages on trees n power poles.. never a dull moment.
