Sir. My mother is stage 4 BC (left breast, LN, Bone, lung) patient. Harmone positive. 1st line Letrozole + palbace. 2nd line Fulvestrant + piqray 3rd line Everolimus + exemestane. Then Chemo paclitaxel single agent 10 cycles. And today pet CT show decrease with inactive metabolic activity in bones. Now suggested to take tamoxifen And have chemo break. Please suggest if taking tamoxifen right now is valid And suggested? Or should continue paclitaxel??

कैंसर बॉल का पता नहीं लेकिन बीओप्सी करने से पहले तक सिचुएशन फिर भी नियंत्रण में था अपोलो हॉस्पिटल में जिस दिन बीओप्सी करवाये उस दिन लगभग 6 घंटे बाद से उनको भयानक दर्द शुरू हुआ फिर उनका पेट फूलना लगा कुछ दिनों में और सिर्फ 1 महीने जे अंदर ही वो चल बसे आपने कहा कि ct scan blood टेस्ट से कुछ 100 परसेंट कन्फर्म नहीं होता है लेकिन उनके ब्लड टेस्ट और ct scan के आधार पर डॉक्टर ने उन्हें कैंसर कन्फर्म किया उसके बाद उस पर कौन सा दवाई चलना है इसके लिए उन्होंने बीओप्सी किया जिसके बाद हालात बदतर हो गया बिहार के पूर्णिया के एक वैद्य है उनसे कैसे भी संपर्क किया उन्होंने कहा कि जिसे डॉक्टर छोड़ देते हैं उन्हें हम जड़ी बूटी diet और ईश्वर के कृपा से कई को बचा चुके है उन्होंने कहा कि अगर आपका पेशेंट को कैंसर है तो उसे मेरे यहां ले आये 4th स्टेज को भी हम ठीक कर देंगे लेकिन जब उन्हें पता चला कि बीओप्सी हो चुकी है तो उन्होंने कहा जिस तरह से फुंसी को फोड़ने से कई बार फोड़ा हो जाता है , जिस तरह नख के घाव को खरोचने से नासूर बन जाता है , ठीक उसी तरह अगर कैंसर सेल को खरोच दिया जाए तो वो कई गुना तेज़ी से शरीर को अपनी चपेट में ले लेता है और व्यक्तिकी मृत्यु हो जाती है । उन्होंने ये भी बताया कि कुछ लोग ही होते है जिसके कैंसर गंभीर नहीं होते वो बाख पाते है , या फिर बाहरी सतह वाले कैंसर को डॉक्टर बचा लेते है लेकिन जो कैंसर vital organ को डैमेज करते है जैसे कि lungs, ब्रेन, bone, लिवर ऐसे पेशेंट को later stage में बीओप्सी नहीं करना चाहिए । 4थ स्टेज में भी व्यक्ति को लंबा उम्र दिया जा सकता है 5से 10 साल तक जीते है लोग सिर्फ डाइट के दम पर कई बार तो कैंसर को मात भी दे देते है । लेकिन भारतीय वैद्य को नीचा दिखाया जाता है हमेशा क्योंकि हमारा कोई सरगना नहीं है माफिया नहीं है , हम निश्वार्थ सेवा करते आये है इसलिए हाशिये पर है । मैं बस बात सुनता रहा और रोटा रहा । मेरे ऊपर बीती है , मन गुस्से से भर जाता है उनके साथ जिस तरह की ज्यादती डॉक्टर ने की मतलब इंसान मारने वाला है तो उसको जबरदस्ती मारने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है 😢😢 ☹️ ये आंख अभी भी नाम है जब ये सब लिख रहा हूँ मैं , सब कुछ बीत हुआ मेरे मन मे ताज़ा हो गया
