Depends on how much they charge for it. If its like a 50-150 labour cost it's ok if it's like 150-200 it's still fine if they make it look good and quick and 200+ is overpriced

I have this laptop ROG STRIX with 4090 i9 and I can say I have never used better laptop in my life including Apple products... I am working as a producer so I need to throw anything from 3D, audio, video processing, design DTP etc... on the GO, high demanding renderings, visualisations, VR etc... and of course games... and pimp it up like Raid 0 for 2 1TB m2 disks, quickly upgrade nearly anything... this thing flies like... and to be honest 16 inch version veery movable thing. It is not bulky, and screen it self man! 1100 nits is burning your eyes at night :) really it is true gamut 100% RGB etc... and guess what - IS MATT !!! The display is not glossy shit! Finally! I am very satisfied with this machine. There are few construction limitations but all and all... I don`t give a shit, if it delivers... and have 3 USB-C and 2 USB 3.2 so plenty of connectivity no need of hub at all. For me best universal laptop on the market 2023 defo and 2024 well there is always something new...

The best way is remove the cooler entirely because it gives better access to the CPU socket and allows you to make sure there are no obstructions or potential issues when installing the new CPU.

ASUS dont make great an durable laptops anymore. Whatever thet make is shit! How the gaming laptop keys can only last 3 months before they crack? Nonsence! Dont fool urself guys, and never trust these sily rewiews on KZbin. I owned 3 ASUS laptops for past 10 years and have the confidence to say it is SHIT!!! Dont beliver they are for gaming. If you are going to play games at leats 3 hours per day, mens you have to think about the keybord replacement ASAP! After 7 month you will hanve to change the power port (DC) cos its not durable, and stops charging every time you plug the charger! Never buy this shit!
