My love birds 1st time enjoyed taking bath. But, second time on they are not willing to take bath

Sometimes they do that. They decide when they take a bath, not you. Sometimes I put out the bath water and no one will want to bathe. They willl take a bath in their water bowl and that’s how I know it’s bath time.

They can get vocal. I have ten so but I don’t think one will be quite as noisy. You get used to it after awhile. It’s like when I go to my friend’s house and their kids are screaming and I’m not used to it. But any animal will make noise, that’s just a given. Just spend lots of time with yours so s/he will get used to you. Good luck

They are a lot of work so be prepared for anything and everything. Noise, biting, chewing on everything, poop, a lot of mess, etc…

Awww thanks!! These videos are so old LOL. I discovered Instagram and just stopped making videos. I’ve been watching watercolor tutorials so hopefully one day I can paint them decently.

I have a parrotlet and just bought a lovebird, but the Lovebird has to stay at the store for a couple more weeks to finish weening. Does anyone know the best way for a slow introduction? I am hoping they get along!

Hehehe, thanks for the reply. You saw his/my profile picture. He's 19 wks old now and almost 3 months since I had him on June 30, 2018. He was 12 wks old when I got him. He knows how to go home from kitchen to his cage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKmniK2ogbaKgrs I'm thinking of getting a 2nd bird because Rainbow doesn't play with any of his toys, which makes me sad. I'm worried that if I'm gone for a long time, he'll get bored. W/ the 2nd bird, hopefully he will play, eat veggie, and copy the other bird. Right now my 2nd choice is a Catherine Parakeet.

I can make my budgie lay down in my hand like that, even got him to let go of my fingers. however hes always in such a hurry to explore everything be here and be there so it seems he doesnt have time for relaxing in my hands.

Its hard to believe rabbits have such a fun personality, I never knew they did till I owned one. Ozzy does the laps around my feet as soon as I step over the baby-gate into the bunny room after work. He is so excited I am home, I think because he knows he gets food.. Dandy, my holland lop, will run over to greet me but is quick to run away after she say's heya! :)
