I have no idea how, but I typed the title of this video verbatim in the search bar. Completely coincidently, you’re in my home town and where I currently live. Weird.

Hi coach, my push off wall 25 yards is 16 seconds, I’m 172cm 140 pound, I want to get to 12 seconds, I’m 19, I never had any training, I just watch KZbin videos to improve myself. Any recommendations so I can improve my time. Thank u

This was a waste of my time. I don't understand why I needed to listen to the first one, one and a half minutes about your interest in football. I thought it would have a link with the topic, but unfortunately, it was a waste of my time.

The video is an intro to this article: www.jakeshell.com/articles/2015/1/18/social-networking-vs-social-capital I needed a place to host the video. KZbin fills the role. Not meant for standalone.

Coach Shellenberger; quick question. It seems like some of these drills (fingertip drag, shoulder tap drill) are working above water recovery. Would you be a proponent of these drills if the same modifications were made to the anchor position like you suggested with "X" kick drill?

Depends on the event...distance types, sure...but I wouldn’t want sprint types to practice a hip-driven, fingertip drag style recovery
