It’s possible. People saying this is resealed have not open enough packs. Official Pokémon products have quality issues like this all the time. I’ve had extra cards, upside down cards all kinds of weird stuff. From products straight from pokemon. It happens.

An PSA 10 can go for alot more than just 400. Those are mostly ungraded and with visual flaws. An PSA 10 base set charisard can go for 10k easily.

Unless the other cards you pulled just so happen to also get 10’s then maybe we’re just at negative $1,000 maybe 2. Still doesn’t add up. Buy singles.
