I met this girl I use to with when i was looking forward anyone. She came in my life unexpectedly and the moment i saw her she instantly got my attention after a while. She finally said good morning to me and a kick off from there. I got her Facebook after a while. I got her number and I will see her every day her smile her eyes for aura was amazing. we dated everything seems so perfect like nothing can break us apart, but she had to passed And things going on her life with her kids I accepted her, but in the end everything caught up she ended up moving back to her hometown. And we haven’t spoken since she was a girl in my dreams my crush we talked about marriage kids future future living together, but life got in the way it got hard for her and she just didn’t have time for me. I felt like she was my person The girl that got away life got in the way. I listen to this song every day. I think about her every day. The memories are just drilled in my head. I just wanted to fall in love.

Through out the series I developed a deep respect for Mr. Ellis’s music talent. This piece is my #1 fav of all the series. I very recently divorced after spending nearly 20 years with the same woman. She gave me 2 beautiful children. But life is sometimes tragically cruel, and I had to say goodbye to someone I thought I would grow old with. Love is a wicked game. Thankyou Tom for giving voice to a breaking heart like mine. You deliver it as befitting the wings you wear in the show!

Fun fact: According to different texts, It was said that Lucifer was addicted to music. Had the most beautiful voice among all angels and had three instruments (it is not clear if he played them all three at the same time as a single-man band) the gift of singing is something common between Cherubins (which Lucifer is supposed to be in the actual biblical cannon. For some reason in the show they say he is an Arcangel) as First sphere hierarchy angels' main duty is to glorify god with their chores, however Lucy's particular singing highlighted the most among all angels. His chore was simply the peak of perfection. A character nobody but Tom Ellis could have given life to.

What a fabulous cover! A great voice with great acting. If actor Gregory Peck (To Kill A Mockingbird) had been a singer, this is how I imagined he would sound (Gregory Peck had a fabulously deep, powerful speaking voice). This should be released in full on CD. I’D buy it! 😍

I thought this song was written for the show, it felt so perfect. It fits like a fucking glove. As if the show was written with the lyrics in mind, or the song was meant for this show all along. Tom has the voice of an angel, this role could never have been filled by anyone else.
