@@venkatnagam9615 sub-standard amenities, Bathroom seepages, STP is like hell, granite fittings were weak and lost in many places. This is situation in not 5 years old apartment but recently hand over projects too. I feel Aparna is classy and premium in quality. Also their maintenance is too good
