Do the utility slots in my 24 Tundra have to be removed? I've been watching video after video, I the machined finish aluminum brackets under your cover, but I cannot tell if the factory slots are still in. I read on the website that there is an option to keep them, but I was hoping you could elaborate and describe. Thank you

it comes with one size only , it will fit most truck without any modification on pre drilled holes in truck bed by car manufacturer

we do have special rail clamps avaiable if you need to mount the cover of factory utility rails (Only for Tundra and Tacoma)

It works good. Cover is tested for drive thru car wash with no leaks. THe rack itelf will not be a problem either.

In the pic it shows it mounted on a T rail sytem type tonneau cover. Is it compatible with with Retrax XR? I'm looking for one like this compatible with Retrax and this could be the one.

Unfortunately, this rack doesn't fit RETRAX, but our other racks do. The customer removed his Retrax and mounted it on the rack directly onto his truck bed. But we have our own brand of retractable cover compatible with all of our racks.

@@truck2go can you please explain what is not comparable. Cause the rack is beautiful and I would want to install it on my truck. If I could find bolts and nuts and hardware to figure it out, if those are not compatible into Retrax T-slots?

@@voteforkenny3884 Hello kenny ! Our ladder rack and Crossbar are compatible with Retrax T-slot track type of Retractable covers. All of our other racks are t-slot track too , but the insert with an angle on to other brand of retractable covers will be an issue. We have other customer to modify our racks and put it on to the other brand of retractable cover , which works fine. For more details , please contact us at [email protected]

Did you have any issues with the canister not being wide enough to allow the lips on the side to rest on the bed rails? I ordered one for my 2024 tundra from Truck2go and the cover that came was from a company called syneticusa. It appears to not be wide enough.

Were you able to figure it out? Did someone at truck2go helped you out? I have a 2023 Tundra and considering this exact cover. I am a bit concerned. The online reviews of this company are a bit sketchy, and cant seem to find any KZbin that is not uploaded by truck2go

I' m about to pull the trigger on a e cover for my 24 Tundra, Is there an installation video or does it need to be installed by a shop for warranty purposes. I'm no stranger to installation or building of nearly anything. Honestly I've never paid to have any addition to a truck or any other vehicle.

yes , here is the instruction menu. To be honest,if oyu have some experience in wiring , you should be able to install our E-power cover. Most of our customer install the cover themselves

I'm curious with this model if you are able to stop/lock the cover while it is partially open, or is it just fully open and fully closed? Their other model with the 2 flip up key locks allow you to lock the cover anywhere along the track. But I can't find that information about this spring loaded one.

Our EZ series, PRO series and E-power series can be secured anywhere on the rails. The recoil series can only be secured half way on the rails

Problem with this cover is the housing at bulkhead takes up over a foot of depth, so you now have significantly less load capacity, whereas a flip top bed cover folds to the back in sections, no loss of bed space, and more rigid top strength
