I run the exact same build for pvp and am at 22 expertise it definitely help but doesn't make you a god or nothing.

By the way, you obviously do not have to do extortioner on bunny and unless your bunny is really, really good you know well set up for boss killing I wouldn’t die. Do it on something that is collect a bunch pieces and then pick out the four best it will instantly make your money more powerful, probably be fair. Much like funny. Why at fuel is in audibly the best bobbing transcendent mind for bunny, but to make use of it you need shield collector. Shield collector is one of the three models that can only be had through combining. Which makes it a very frustrating module to come by. However if you have it and if it’s completely leveled up, you will be getting back 9% of your max shield. Every two seconds bunny is definitely killing. Dozens of things every two seconds. Fuel you convert all of your HP but not all of it, but like for you to use your shield and shield for money, and you run around pressing your triangle every once in a while to keep your lightning emission up. If you get stuck anywhere you think you should use your gun you just hit your bow and then keep on running. I've never gotten one. I always get the same exact Exotics and they are few and hard to come by. Usually running on Heroic difficulty during bounties yields a few but I want the Eagle and never get it. Anybody have any advice? ❤

IMO, I die because, at 77, my reflexes are not equal to the majority of players that I encounter. So, as you said, id a player is relying on or blaming low expertise to survive play conflict.
