Your steering wheel needs a clean around the rim. Maybe the dirty flakes need to be scraped before a soapy cloth is applied to the remaining filthy bits. Just saying!

My problem was caused by a faulty MAF. I can't promise you, that your problem is the same, but you can try and check it by taking out your air filter box and covering the MAF with your hand on a running car. Don't close the hole completely, but leave ~1/3rd of it open and play from there. If you can see an improvement when you do that, there's a chance you might have a faulty MAF as well.

Check all 12 spark plugs or change them. Also check ignition coils and wires, they make those troubles sometimes
