And I’m from Houston and I’m starting out and only have a small setup and my starting prices for a driveway 50 dollars and 50 dollars for sidewalks and price goes up depending on how big it is and how dirty it is and siding 125 dollars starting on a one story but 175 for two stories

Bro your using the wrong chemical look up sodium hydroxide also known as caustic soda it's a powder 4 cups to a bucket of water it's very powerful use long rubber gloves when handeling it 15min dwell come up a treat

whats good bro, love the content. for something like this when you are on a water constraint I would go heavy on the retreat, then surface clean as much as possible to the edge then follow up with the wand for and touch up or edges.

Nice job on dumpster pad. At some point gonna have to invest in water reclaim system, I believe the fine for violating safe water act is over 15k that the client will be responsible for. There are a bunch of cheap DIY Solutions to this problem

I did the dumpster area at some apartments and it had 2 years worth of grease build up...i had to use a tile scraper before i could put the surface cleaner on it....i got a buddy that pressure washes and said he put gas on it and lite it up to melt it on a job he did, im to cautious to try sum like that!

I live in Oklahoma City and have recently gotten my LLC for pressure washing. I landed and completed my 1st job last week for an apartment complexe and was added to their vender list. Im still unsure on my pricing when doing walk throughs. Was wondering if you are willing to give some mentorship? It would be greatly appreciated and i will be forever in debt to you. Just food for thought Brother, as a fellow Pressure Washer myself when I apply a 3% solution or pre-treat before cleaning concrete I’m able to move faster and use less water and fuel. Just be sure to pre-wet the grass and plants.🫡👊🏾
